Pomp and Circumstance

Pomp and Circumstance” is known as “The Graduation Song.”  It was written by Edward Elgar and is played at almost every graduation ceremony.  In fact, each year at Northwoods, we play  “Pomp and Circumstance” for our 5th Graders at their graduation celebration during our last All-School Meeting.  Click on the links below to learn more about this uplifting piece of music.

1. Watch Disney’s Fantasia 2000 Pomp and Circumstance, featuring Donald Duck.

2. Go to Pomp and Circumstance - Facts for Kids and learn more!

3. Have fun doing this Go Noodle Activity (to Pomp and Circumstance) with your family.

4. Just listen to the relaxing music of “Pomp and Circumstance” while you clean your room, play outside, do your homework, read, or just relax.
